As our Commercial Insights and Analytics Specialist, you will be the key link between data and business decisions. Working closely with commercial stakeholders, you will analyse and translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations that support strategic and operational priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead the generation of integrated commercial insights by combining data from multiple internal and external sources to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
Own and develop sales analytics, targeting, segmentation, KPI tracking, and business intelligence reporting to support field force effectiveness and commercial execution. Provide ongoing analytics support to sales leadership.
Partner with Marketing and Customer Excellence teams to build consumer analytics capabilities, leveraging digital, social, DTC, PSP (Patient Support Program), and engagement data to drive business outcomes.
Design, maintain, and continuously improve BI dashboards and reporting solutions, ensuring stakeholders have access to high-quality, actionable insights.
Contribute to the development of AI-enabled analytics and insight generation capabilities while supporting data quality, governance, and continuous process improvement.

We're looking for our first dedicated Product Data Analyst to join our BI & Analytics team - a unique opportunity to own the product analytics function.
In this high-impact role, youll partner closely with Product leadership to spearhead product analytics end-to-end - from defining KPIs and scoping analyses to delivering insights, dashboards, and strategic recommendations that drive product growth, customer adoption, and measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:
Own product analytics across the user journey, including signup, activation, onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and churn.
Proactively identify product growth opportunities, adoption gaps, and customer journey friction points through deep analysis of product usage, funnels, and customer behavior.
Guide Product teams on resource allocation by identifying which products or initiatives should be scaled, optimized, deprioritized, or discontinued.
Analyze customer segments, usage patterns, conversion trends, retention impact, and PLG vs. SLG behavior to identify expansion opportunities and support product pricing strategy
Measure how feature launches, roadmap initiatives, experiments, and product changes influence customer behavior and key product/business metrics.
Partner with Product leadership to define and maintain product KPIs, metric definitions, event tracking requirements, and analytics documentation.
Build dashboards, recurring reports, and executive-ready analyses that provide visibility into product performance, segment health, and business impact.
Translate complex analyses into clear insights and actionable recommendations for Product, GTM, Finance, and executive stakeholders.

We are looking for a Financial ERP Domain Leader to join our Finance ERP team. In this role, you will combine accounting and finance knowledge with a hands-on approach to data, systems, and automation - supporting financial data integrity, reporting, and process improvement across our global Finance organization.
How will you make an impact?
Validate financial data accuracy and investigate anomalies across systems
Design and maintain automated reconciliation processes to support the close cycle
Prepare, load, and transform financial data between systems, including large-scale bulk operations, corrections, and migrations
Build and maintain self-service reports and analytics for Finance stakeholders
Work on AI and automation pilots to identify opportunities and improve finance workflows
Support finance projects including system rollouts, process improvements, and M&A integrations
Collaborate with global Finance and IT stakeholders on operational enhancements and system improvements.
