As our Commercial Insights and Analytics Specialist, you will be the key link between data and business decisions. Working closely with commercial stakeholders, you will analyse and translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations that support strategic and operational priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead the generation of integrated commercial insights by combining data from multiple internal and external sources to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
Own and develop sales analytics, targeting, segmentation, KPI tracking, and business intelligence reporting to support field force effectiveness and commercial execution. Provide ongoing analytics support to sales leadership.
Partner with Marketing and Customer Excellence teams to build consumer analytics capabilities, leveraging digital, social, DTC, PSP (Patient Support Program), and engagement data to drive business outcomes.
Design, maintain, and continuously improve BI dashboards and reporting solutions, ensuring stakeholders have access to high-quality, actionable insights.
Contribute to the development of AI-enabled analytics and insight generation capabilities while supporting data quality, governance, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field; a master's degree is considered an advantage.
Approximately 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, commercial analytics, market insights, sales force effectiveness, consumer analytics, or a similar analytical role.
Advanced experience working with BI and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, including dashboard development and management of multiple data sources.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into clear business narratives, recommendations, and measurable actions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and work effectively within a matrix organisation.
