We are looking for a Senior Network Technical Lead to own the full technical lifecycle of network and security infrastructure projects - from requirements and design through implementation, customer acceptance, and handover
This is a technical-authority role, not a hands-on-keyboard-only position: the person sets direction for other engineers and is accountable for every design decision on the project.
Core Responsibilities:
Own solution design end-to-end: translate customer requirements into secure, scalable network architectures, and produce HLD and LLD documentation.
Lead technical delivery - installation, configuration, migrations, and upgrades of enterprise network and security infrastructure.
Make and defend architecture and security design decisions spanning routing, switching, firewalling, and access control.
Lead FAT/SAT, customer acceptance, and technical handover, including as-built documentation.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for the customer for the duration of the project.
Set technical direction and mentor other engineers working on the project.
Identify and mitigate technical and security risk throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with vendors and with the System and Cyber Security teams to ensure integrated delivery
Own and take an active part in integration work for projects both in Israel and abroad, including on-site involvement when required.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead technology audit and advisory engagements across various domains, including cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, data management, IT transformation, and AI-related risks while advising on practical ways to strengthen governance, resilience, and risk management.
Drive governance and oversight of technology programs and emerging AI risks, including model governance, data governance and quality, privacy, security, and responsible AI.
Develop and implement audit methodologies to assess risks across the entire AI lifecycle, including model design, validation, explainability (XAI), bias, and the security posture of Generative and Agentic AI systems-while ensuring compliance with emerging regulations, ethical guidelines, and industry best practices.
Drive the integration of AI risk management into existing technology audit domains by providing expert advice on control design.
Promote innovation within the internal audit function by applying new tools and techniques, such as agentic AI, data analytics, and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Privacy, IT, Engineering, Finance and Infosec, to identify and address audit observations with timely corrective actions.
Lead research on technology risks and controls to formulate recommendations for process improvements and innovation.
