Responsibilities
Work hands-on with customers using some of the most advanced and exciting technologies in the industry.
Write and execute manual tests.
Work with cutting-edge technologies such as Kafka, S3, Kubernetes, and more.
Take ownership of testing environments and deployment processes.
Install, configure, administer, and maintain company solutions.
Train customers on best practices, product capabilities, and performance optimization opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, and R D teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
Replicate customer environment
Requirements: 1-3 years of experience as a Support Engineer in the tech industry.
Strong Linux skills:
Experience with Ubuntu and/or RHEL environments.
Understanding of Linux networking concepts.
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
Ability to analyze system health, troubleshoot issues, and perform debugging.
Familiarity with SQL commands.
Experience working with APIs and Postman.
High level of English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
Programming experience with Python and/or Pytest.
Experience working in both AWS cloud and on-premise environments.
Familiarity with Bash scripting.
