We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our team of experts. The candidate will be responsible for understanding our customers business & implementation requirements and for migrating customers to Salesforce to support those requirements.
The Salesforce Consultant will be responsible for performing business analysis in order to support the following departments - Sales, Customer Service, Partner Management, and Operations teams.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Analyze customer business requirements and define future needs based on Salesforce best practices.
Configure the Salesforce application based on the customer's requirements
Implementation and support activities for projects.
Allocate tasks including project timelines.
Deliver projects, using the most appropriate Salesforce tools and techniques
Apply best practices to build the Salesforce applications.
Work with internal and external interfaces.
Implement business functionality.
Research Salesforce capabilities as needed to suit business requirements
Perform Quality Assurance of customer projects.
Requirements: Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of complex Salesforce ecosystems (Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds).
Expertise in business process re-engineering, transforming high-level business requirements into scalable, technical solution designs.
Proven track record of leading full-cycle discovery phases, including stakeholder interviews and the delivery of comprehensive Solution Design Documents (SDD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
Architectural Mastery: Deep understanding of Design Patterns, enterprise integration patterns, and governance best practices to ensure long-term system health and performance.
Problem-Solving Leadership: Advanced analytical skills with a focus on resolving complex technical debt and managing high-pressure, multi-project environments.
Agile Advocacy: Proficient in leading project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring alignment between development teams and client expectations.
Client Advisory: Exceptional "high-touch" service orientation; able to act as a Trusted Advisor to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
Communication: Elite oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
Mentorship: Natural team leader with experience mentoring junior consultants and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.
Education & Certifications:
Academic: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering (or related field), providing a strong foundation in process optimization and systems thinking.
Core Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator & Platform App Builder.
Advanced Certifications: (Highly Recommended) Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Sharing and Visibility Designer.
