Summary of Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer business requirements and define future needs based on Salesforce best practices.
Configure the Salesforce application based on the customer's requirements.
Implementation and support activities for projects.
Allocate tasks including project timelines.
Deliver projects, using the most appropriate Salesforce tools and techniques.
Apply best practices to build the Salesforce applications.
Work with internal and external interfaces.
Implement business functionality.
Research Salesforce capabilities as needed to suit business requirements.
Perform Quality Assurance of customer projects.

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will design and implement Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in Salesforce, with demonstrated expertise in architecture design and implementation. Responsibilities:
Designed and implemented Salesforce solutions for clients, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce solutions with other systems.
Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges, driving continuous improvement and optimizing Salesforce solutions.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to provide innovative and effective solutions that is used for creating requisitions 'from scratch'.

As the Director of Project Management, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing team of Project Managers dedicated to delivering complex Salesforce solutions for our global clients. You will oversee the strategic execution of the Professional Services portfolio, ensuring that all projects meet rigorous technical and business requirements while maintaining high profitability and client satisfaction (CSAT).

In this role, you act as the bridge between executive leadership and tactical execution, evolving our delivery methodologies and serving as a senior advisor for our most strategic client engagements.


Key Responsibilities
People Leadership: Lead and develop a team of Project Managers. Drive professional growth through coaching, performance management, and the enhancement of client-facing consulting skills.
Delivery Governance: Define and standardize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) across the Salesforce practice to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
Portfolio Oversight: Monitor the health of the entire project portfolio. Act as the primary Escalation Point for clients to resolve complex delivery challenges and scope disputes.
Commercial & Profitability Control: Partner with the PMs to manage project margins, resource utilization, and SOW compliance. Ensure "Scope Creep" is identified and captured through formal Change Requests.
Resource & Capacity Planning: Strategically allocate Project Managers to client accounts based on expertise and workload, ensuring optimal team utilization and project success.
Strategic Stakeholder Management: Foster long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders at client organizations, ensuring our Salesforce implementations align with their long-term business roadmap.
Process Innovation: Continuously improve the delivery lifecycle by implementing advanced PPM tools (Jira, Smartsheet, etc.) and automation to increase team efficiency.
Executive Reporting: Provide the leadership team with high-level visibility into portfolio performance, revenue forecasts, and potential delivery risks.

We are looking for a Salesforce Busines Analyst to join our growing Professional Services Team and to play a key role in designing solutions and translating complex business needs int efficient processes and technical plans. You will lead projects from scratch, manage all project documentation, and work closely with clients to resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Understand customers needs, current workflows, and design implementation plan to address those needs.
Configure Salesforce platform in client environment as per Statement of Work and implementation plan.
Communicate the client's needs for the new implementation.
Work with client Success teams to successfully transition the account from the implementation period to the launch, training, post-launch, and adoption period.
Lead, define, and prioritize business functional requirements.
Set and manage deadlines with clients and internal team: assign responsibilities, monitor the progress of projects, create weekly client status.
