The Sales team lead is responsible for managing a field and office-based sales team, selling products to physicians. The role includes leading day-to-day commercial activities, strategic field planning, and driving sales performance in line with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Clear understanding of team dynamics and people management skills with the ability to motivate, engage, and drive performance within the team.
* Lead and manage the team to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
* Translate business strategy into clear sales plans, priorities, and field execution.
* Maintain a strong hands-on presence, actively supporting sales activities, customer meetings, and deal execution.
* In-depth understanding of the market, market trends, and competitors.
* Monitor performance and give feedback, analyze results, set priorities, and drive continuous improvement.
* Coach, train, and develop team members to strengthen capabilities and professionalism.
* Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Identify new business opportunities, including customer analysis, upselling, cross-selling, and market expansion.
* Meeting annual sales, budget, and expense targets.
* Collaborate closely with Management, Product Manager, and Customer Success to align commercial activities and targets.
* Participating in conferences and workshops in Israel and abroad.

Requirements: * BA degree - Must, BSc degree in Biology or similar - an advantage
* MBA degree - an advantage
* Experience in team management, at least 3 years - Must
* Experience in sales and/or customer portfolio management
