Senior HR Business Partner - R&D As a Senior HR Business Partner ( HRBPgreenTxtBg!) you will serve as a strategic partner to our R&D organization, providing end-to-end HR leadership and advisory support. You will work closely with senior R&D leaders, engineering managers, and engineers to align people strategies with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and support talent growth in a dynamic, global engineering environment. Key Responsibilities
* Act as a strategic HR partner to R&D Managers and engineering leadership teams, building strong and trusted business relationships.
* Drive performance improvement by coaching leaders and enabling effective people management.
* Identify organizational gaps and risks, and design pragmatic solutions to address current and future business needs in a fast-moving R&D environment.
* Partner with talent acquisition and business leaders on workforce planning and headcount forecasting, ensuring the organization has the right people in the right roles at the right time.
* Facilitate leadership teams in resolving complex people challenges and delivering positive employee outcomes.
* Design and support succession planning for critical engineering roles and key technical talent.
* Proactively lead and support core HR processes, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational design, learning initiatives, and special projects, in collaboration with HR leadership.
* Lead and support change management initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and Employee Experience across R&D.

Requirements: Requirements
* 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including organizational development and business partnering in a global environment - experience working with R&D, engineering, or technology organizations is a strong advantage.
* Proven ability to build strong relationships and coach leaders at all levels, including technical managers and engineers.
* Strong business insight with the ability to translate R&D strategy into people solutions.
* Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
* Experience managing complex projects and organizational change in matrixed, engineering-driven environments.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
* Strong time management, prioritization, and results-oriented mindset.
* Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
