We are looking for an experienced People Partner to join our People team, for a temporary maternity leave cover (8 months), supporting Marketing, Finance, Operations, Revenue Operations, and Strategic Partnerships at our HQ in TLV.
In this role, you will: Partner closely with managers and our people at all levels to ensure the culture of ownership, transparency, excellence, and collaboration is promoted, ensuring our people are motivated, engaged, and aligned to our mission.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted partner to business managers, offering advice related to people matters, processes, and policies.
Act independently as an expert on people-related issues, providing tailored guidance to business leaders on team management.
Provide support and guidance on cross-organizational processes such as performance feedback, talent planning, growth programs, retention, and organizational planning.
Coach managers to strengthen team collaboration, improve communication, and drive the team to its highest potential.
Act as a focal point for site-specific policies, labor law issues, and any People-related processes.
Collaborate with our Legal and Payroll teams (among others) to ensure governance and smooth management of all things people-related.
Support managers with knowledge about the performance feedback process and maintaining strong relationships with their teams through 1:1 meetings and group activities.
Guide managers on delivering complex feedback, including compensation discussions.
Help managers plan and execute unique growth opportunities for employees to foster retention.
Act as a change agent, helping employees and managers adapt to a changing organization.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure candidates are a fit both professionally and culturally, and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a People Partner / HRBP in a Hi-Tech company.
Experience working with fast-scaling global teams, preferably in SaaS companies.
Fluent English - Must.
Deep knowledge of people-related processes, policies, and labor law in Israel.
Ability to act independently, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of coaching and mentoring managers at all levels.
Experience in creating and delivering training programs, building individual growth plans, and leading performance improvement initiatives.
Ability to analyze and present people data and apply critical thinking to identify insights that drive performance improvement.
