Report regularly to senior management and stakeholders on overall program performance and business value realized.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal business clients (Sales, Service, Marketing departments), ensuring their needs are deeply understood and met by the technology solution.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Salesforce Architects, Development Teams, and Business Process Owners.
Drive organizational change management to ensure high user adoption of the implemented Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Engineers to design and implement solutions that meet specific business needs while ensuring system scalability, stability, and platform best practices.
Ensure all projects meet the highest quality and data integrity standards.
Lead, mentor, and motivate multiple project teams involved in the program to achieve high performance.
Allocate resources effectively and manage team workload across the entire program.

3+ years of Project Management experience, preferably managing large-scale, strategic business technology initiatives.
Proven experience leading and delivering complex projects on the Salesforce platform.
Strong understanding of CRM processes (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and the overall Salesforce product landscape.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, SmartSheet, PPM software).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple, interdependent projects with competing deadlines.

Certifications:
Relevant Program/Project Management certification (e.g., PgMP, PMP) is a strong advantage.
Salesforce certification (e.g., Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder) is a significant advantage.
