We are looking for a skilled System Analyst to join a Salesforce team and lead business and technical analysis processes in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. This role requires strong experience in system analysis, CRM processes, requirements gathering, writing specifications and user stories, and working with multiple stakeholders and interfaces. Key Responsibilities: • Write functional specifications and user stories • Analyze business and technical processes • Translate business requirements into effective system solutions • Lead design processes from requirements gathering through delivery • Work closely with development teams, Salesforce implementers, product managers, project managers, and QA teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst • 3+ years of experience analyzing CRM systems in large organizations • Experience with financial systems – advantage • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, user management, permissions, and Flows – advantage • Familiarity with call center, branch, or back-office processes – advantage • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Systems – advantage • Independent working skills and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
