Execution for email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing and deployment and continually evaluate these for improvements.
Managing the operation of monetization activities inside the game through the games Back end system: setting up promotions, controlling game. features, creating pricing configurations, segmentation, CRM control, prizes awarding, etc.
Managing the operation of monetization activities outside the game: setting up ongoing and daily emails, web and mobile notifications.
Perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.
Assisting the Community Manager in Social Media (Facebook) related activities (coupons, ruffles, notifications and more).
Working on ongoing improvements of our operation systems with our developers.

Partner with global business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve business needs.

Configure new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflows, flows, process builders, Einstein Analytics, and other 3rd party applications.
Develop and maintain documentation of system configuration and company processes.
Design, develop and deliver reports and dashboards to measure. Salesforce uses and impact.
Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate Leads, Contacts, and Accounts; performing mass uploads and updates of data as required; Removing unnecessary fields and data; ensuring screens, fields, and workflow have accurate name.
