This role is responsible for managing the team’s overall sales performance, driving revenue growth, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. The Sales Team Leader will oversee daily sales activities, implement and optimize sales processes, mentor and develop team members, and actively support the team in improving performance and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong sales background, excellent coaching abilities, and a results-oriented mindset. Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage an inside-sales team, ensuring high performance and motivation.

Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience managing an inside-sales team.
* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on inside-sales experience (excluding managerial experience).
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
* Strong proficiency in CRM systems, BI tools, and Excel.
* Deep business understanding with the ability to analyze performance and drive data-based decisions.
* Experience in financial or insurance sales – an advantage.
* Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry – an advantage. Additional Skills:
