We are looking for a Junior Bookkeeper with up to three years of experience to join our Bookkeeping team in a support role.
The position involves day-to-day work with financial documents, data entry, reconciliations, and providing support to the Bookkeeping team in a dynamic, global environment.
Full-time position, based in the companys offices in Raanana.
Responsibilities:
Processing and recording vendor invoices (local and international).
Reconcile various accounts, including bank statements and credit card statements.
Reviewing and processing employee travel and expense reimbursements.
Posting journal entries as required.
Ongoing work with ERP financial systems(English).
Collaborating with the accounting team on daily and periodic tasks.
Daily work in English (documents, emails, systems).
Working as a team with additional bookkeepers and controllers and assisting with other responsibilities.

What will your job look like?
Serve as the primary finance partner to the Region Execution Manager, supporting regional financial planning, analysis, and insights.
Track internal efficiency metrics and KPIs for the region, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Expense to Revenue (E2R).
Monitor regional staffing metrics such as headcount, position approvals, and hire plans in alignment with business needs and cost targets.
Conduct offering-level P&L analysis and support quarterly business reviews.
Prepare and present monthly financial updates to leadership, highlighting key takeaways and actionable recommendations.
Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support evolving business needs.
Facilitate S&OP processes and ensure alignment between revenue, demand and staffing.
Support system alignment and drive process standardization across finance operations.

Responsible for revenue recognition accounting and related areas.

What will your job look like?
Lead the quarterly close process to ensure accurate revenue recognition and in-depth analysis of all revenue-related accounts in the Companys financial statements.
Prepare and present quarterly revenue analysis and insights to senior management.
Take full ownership of revenue-related matters in front of external auditors, ensuring full compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Guide and educate the Finance organization on revenue-related accounting policies, best practices, and processes.
Partner closely with Finance business teams and Amdocs business units, overseeing and advising on new and potential customer deals from a revenue recognition perspective.
