Prepare and file statutory reports to Israeli authorities (VAT, Income Tax advances, National Insurance, Forms 856 & 126, etc.).
Maintain the Fixed Assets register and calculate depreciation.
Process Travel & Expense reports and ensure compliance with company policy.
Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.
Participate in ad-hoc accounting projects as required.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper (up to Balance Sheet) in a high-tech company.
Certified Bookkeeper Type 2 or above - mandatory.
Proven experience with Israeli tax compliance (VAT filings, Income Tax advances, National Insurance, etc.).
Experience in a multi-currency environment.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
Advanced Excel skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Good written and verbal English.
Nice to have:
Experience with NetSuite - Significant advantage.
Experience with implementation or optimization of accounting systems.
Experience working in a global company.
