Were looking for a highly sales-driven Account Engagement Manager to grow SMB and professional customers using our companys solutions. This is a commercial, revenue-focused role centered on upsells, cross-sells, product adoption, and customer growth strategies, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations.

What youll do
This role operates in mix between 1-1 with top clients and a 1-to-many, outbound-led model, managing a large customer portfolio through a combination of automation, lifecycle triggers, and targeted commercial engagement.
This is a highly commercial role combining 1:1 work with key clients and scalable, outbound portfolio management.
Manage and grow a large portfolio of existing customers, building strong partnerships and identifying new revenue opportunities
Drive retention, upsells, and cross-sells through proactive, sales-led engagement
Perform outbound outreach (including cold calls) to activate customers and create commercial opportunities
Own the full sales cycle - from outreach and pipeline creation to demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing
Execute data-driven, multi-channel campaigns based on lifecycle triggers to scale growth across the portfolio
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer growth plans and improve the end-to-end customer experience
Provide product feedback and market insights to influence roadmap and go-to-market strategy
Maintain accurate CRM data, track pipeline performance, and report on revenue impact
Represent the company through webinars, events, and industry activities to expand reach and opportunities.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or industrial engineering
Fluent in English + Russian/Ukrainian
2+ years of account management, sales, business development or other relevant experience
Expertise in developing business cases, financial analyses, and modeling, analyzing and forecasting economic and financial impacts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present a business case to key stakeholders
Data oriented, possesses a high level of attention to detail with strong analytical and business reasoning skills
Record of accomplishment in meeting and exceeding business targets
Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results
High level of organization, focus, and ability to work under pressure
Extra Points we need from you:
Experience in high-volume outbound and cold sales environments, comfortable managing large outreach volumes
Additional languages beyond English and Russian are a strong advantage.
Experience with CRM platforms like Sales Force and expertise in sales reporting.
Familiarity with payment industry, ERP; invoicing, reconciliation tools and data-driven platforms.
Proven track record in working with international clients across diverse industries.
Experience selling B2B solutions in a highly consultative manner.
