seeking a hands-on Team Leader to lead the integration of our advanced wireless power technology into robotic platforms (AMR/AGV) in real-world industrial environments. This role combines mechanical, electrical, and system-level work, with significant on-site involvement, including visits to customer sites for installations, system reviews, and performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:



● Lead a small multidisciplinary team responsible for integrating wireless-power modules into autonomous robotic platforms.

● Perform mechanical and electrical integration, wiring, and assembly on various AMR/AGV systems.

● Conduct on-site installations, field testing, and system commissioning at customer facilities.

● Evaluate robotic platforms from multiple vendors to ensure optimal compatibility with technology.

● Collaborate closely with R&D, hardware, and software teams to refine integration processes and support product evolution.

● Provide technical feedback and documentation based on field experience.

● Support live demos, pilots, and customer evaluations of the system.

What you will be doing:
To develop and implement production processes in line with product specifications and quality standards.
To identify and analyze process issues and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
To create and maintain production documentation, such as standard operating procedures and work instructions.
To collaborate with other departments, such as Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Research and Development, to ensure smooth production processes.
To monitor and evaluate production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
To train and mentor production and maintenance teams on new processes and equipment.

Responsibilities:
* Integration and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
* Developing in-depth expertise in production machines and troubleshooting complex on-site issues.
* Delivering training sessions to the maintenance team on machine operation and fault resolution.
* Driving process improvements in collaboration with the Production and Packaging departments.
* Specifying equipment components and machine spare parts.
* Leading upgrade projects, operational optimization initiatives, and the implementation of new technologies in partnership with the Engineering department.

Responsibilities
Design the mechanical aspects of the entire system and its components. Create production and assembly drawings. Collaborate effectively as a member of the R&D team. Engage in hands-on activities. Facilitate knowledge transfer to team members.
