We are an event analytics platform for builders who need answers from their data at their fingertips. When everyone in the organization can see - and learn from - the impact of their work, they are poised to make better decisions. As a Sales Engineer, you are critical in presenting the value of our capabilities to a broad set of prospects. As we continue to grow our Sales organization, you'll be collaborating with Account Executives, Account Managers, and the Country Manager as a trusted advisor to customers, working to tie our solutions to their business needs. Our SEs need to be nimble, able to clearly articulate the technical benefits and requirements of our to developers and product managers, and express the value of our product to high-level executives.
In the first month, you will become our expert on both features and functionality, as well as implementation. You will be given the opportunity to shadow customer calls and demos with current Sales Engineers and Account Executives while learning how to articulate our value proposition. You will be trained on our internal systems and tools in order to be set up for success.
Within the first three months, you will be directly involved in deal cycles with Account Executives. You will lead the technical qualification for customers use cases and deliver customized demos for prospects. You will have a clear understanding of how we are implemented across all platforms and be able to guide customers toward the right solution for their needs. The SE will be critical in setting expectations for successful implementations and preparing both internal and external teams for long-term success.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for prospects to provide strategic consultation on data architecture, governance, instrumentation, and business outcomes.
Effectively communicate and consult at all levels of the customers organization to earn customers' trust and ultimately influence buying decisions.
Bridge the technical-business gap with your prospect - working with high-level business stakeholders to define success for proof of concepts and successfully execute and achieve those outcomes.
Utilize your knowledge and technical and consultative skills to impart best practices throughout proof of concept projects.
Partner with Account Executives to drive revenue growth by serving as the key technical contact for the customer.
Partner with post-sales teams to ensure the articulated pre-sales value proposition translates into tangible post-sales value.
Complete RFPs and Security Questionnaires.
Work cross-functionally with different organizations such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Legal.
Actively utilize Salesforce to track deal activity and customer requirements.
Be the Voice of the Prospect by collecting feedback from our potential customers and delivering it to the Product team.
Partner with Account Executives to drive revenue growth by serving as the key technical contact for the customer.
Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales Engineering or related role and a demonstrated track record of qualifying and selling a technical solution to executive stakeholders.
Native Hebrew and fluent English; able to travel
You have worked with one or more core web and mobile technologies (JavaScript, iOS, Android, Ruby, etc).
Working knowledge of data tools and languages (Python, SQL)
Familiarity with databases and cloud data warehouses like Google Cloud (BigQuery), Amazon Redshift, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.
Familiarity with ETL processes and how people/companies think about pipelines (reliability, monitoring, managed vs custom).
Knowledge of the product analytics space, including CDPs, messaging tools, and analytics providers.
Experience consulting customers on achievable outcomes and the transformational power of new tooling.
