We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Fraud Prevention Director to lead our companys fraud risk management team. This role is critical in safeguarding our merchants and shoppers worldwide while balancing risk with seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is both data-savvy and operationally sharp, with the ability to dive deep into details, act with urgency, and translate insights into scalable fraud prevention strategies.
In this role, you will report to our VP of Payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Fraud Analysis & Operations
Lead and manage fraud analysis teams and operations.
Own and continuously refine our companys fraud prevention framework across markets, providers, and geographies.
Design and implement policies, processes, and tools to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud.
Data-Driven Fraud Insights:
Develop advanced fraud detection models and leverage machine learning/analytics to identify new fraud patterns.
Drive deep investigations into complex fraud cases, using data to get to the root cause quickly.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Partner with Payments, BI, Product, Customer Success and Customer Support teams to design holistic fraud solutions.
Act as the fraud domain expert in internal and external forums, influencing both strategic decisions and tactical responses.
Operational Excellence:
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global fraud prevention team.
Define and monitor KPIs to measure fraud rates, operational efficiency, and cost of fraud prevention.
Technology & Innovation:
Evaluate, implement, and optimize fraud prevention technologies (internal and third-party).
Bring strong technical understanding to bridge between business requirements and technical execution.

We are looking for an experienced leader to join our Checkout business line as Director, Head of Operations & Risk This role will lead Operations and oversee Risk functions, ensuring seamless merchant onboarding, E2E merchant operation lifecycle responsibility, robust risk controls, and scalable processes that support our rapid growth while exceeding Operations & Risk KPIs.

Operational Excellence: Build & Optimize  operational workflows, and first-line merchant support processes. Identify gaps, streamline processes, and implement scalable solutions including use of AI & advanced tech tools. 
Risk Leadership: Oversee the execution of risk policies across underwriting, fraud prevention, and credit risk management for merchants and buyers in the PSP space . 
Be Hands-On: Dive into operational and risk processes to ensure critical issues are resolved quickly and effectively. 
Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making across risk and operations. 
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Commercial teams and Compliance to align on business objectives, mitigate risks, and deliver exceptional merchant experiences  
Scale for Growth: Build frameworks and processes that enable rapid scaling while maintaining compliance, risk appetite and cost optimization

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and strategic professional to assume the global position of Market Access Director. In this position, you will be responsible for driving and helping to develop pricing and reimbursement strategies for our products as well as management of subsequent activities (extensions, revision etc.). In addition, you will design and manage access project management tools, processes and platforms at global level. You will also ensure local functional leads are trained and equipped with guidance to define their access and reimbursement plans and ensure that functional roll-out of activities is performed in a timely manner. The position may require regular business travel across four continents.
