We are hiring Financial Reporting Director who will oversee the financial consolidation process for the Group’s entities and issue the Group’s reports. This includes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards and attention to manage complex consolidation processes in a multi-currency, multi-national environment.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual financial consolidation and reporting process for the Group.
* Prepare consolidated financial statements (IFRS) and other financial reports and work-papers required under statutory reporting of the Group, including intercompany eliminations.
* Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
* Ensure the integrity of financials systems and data supporting internal and external financial reporting.
* Work closely with other functions within Finance to provide guidance and support in required financial systems, policies, procedures and internal controls, towards streamlining and optimizing the Group’s financial reporting.
* Work closely with external auditors and other external functions to meet reporting timelines successfully.
* Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
* Prepare management reports and presentations.
* Reporting to VP Finance and member of the VP Finance team.

As the Chargeback Team Lead, you will play a major role in managing and optimizing our chargeback processes. Youll lead a team responsible for handling chargeback management, analyzing trends, and providing insightful reports. Your expertise will contribute to minimizing financial losses, improving operational flow, and optimizing the Payments operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Chargeback Management:
Oversee the end-to-end chargeback process, including dispute resolution, documentation, and communication with chargeback vendors and payment service providers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Fraud Prevention, Customer Support, and Finance and Technical Support to address chargeback-related issues.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze chargeback trends, identify patterns, and recommend proactive measures.
Create regular reports on chargeback metrics, including win/loss rates, reasons for chargebacks, and financial impact.
Present findings to senior management and propose actionable insights.
3. Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate existing chargeback processes and identify areas for enhancement.
Work closely with development teams to improve chargeback automation and streamline workflows.
Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes related to chargebacks.
4. Relationship Management:
Collaborate with external partners to resolve complex chargeback cases.
Maintain strong relationships with payment processors and other relevant stakeholders.

As a Senior Manager in the FP&A team, you will be part of a small, high-profile team and play a key role in influencing the strategic direction of the business. The Senior Manager will be a trusted advisor to the VP of FP&A, leading the Opex side of the GTM organization, and driving strategic planning, forecasting, business performance analysis, and KPI tracking across Sales and Marketing.
The person in this role will succeed by combining sharp financial thinking, clear communication with executives, strong analytical skills, and the ability to turn complex data into compelling business stories.
What youll do: 
Partner closely with key stakeholders across the Go-To-Market (GTM) sales organization and global FP&A- GTM team.
Lead and consolidate Opex planning process for the GTM organization - including annual budget and rolling forecasts.
Lead global Opex initiatives for the GTM organization
Analyze actual Opex results vs. plan and forecast, explain key variances drivers, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency.
Develop analytical frameworks to explain Opex performance, budget variances, and emerging trends.
Prepare and present high-quality presentations for the CRO, summarizing Opex performance, trends, and actionable recommendations.
Prepare comprehensive business performance reviews of GTM revenue and opex together with other FP&A team members
Work closely with GTM, RevOps, HR, and other Finance teams to ensure alignment and clarity on headcount, resource allocation, spend, and investment priorities.
Monitor and approve PO and PR requests, followed by monthly review of expenses and expense accruals
Provide financial modeling and analyses to support decision making.
Support the preparation of executive, Board of Directors, investor presentations, as well as quarterly earnings releases
Support global business teams with ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.
