We are looking for a hands-on Technical Marketing Manager who enjoys working closely with people, technology, and real-world challenges. In this role, you will collaborate daily with Sales teams, customers, and partners, serving as a trusted technical point of contact throughout the pre-sales and solution design journey. You will help shape technical solutions for solar and Storage projects, support customers in making confident decisions, and share knowledge through training, guidance, and problem-solving. Role Overview
* Provide on-site technical pre-sale services to customers, sales managers, and distributors, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
* Perform simulations for standard and complex solar projects, including Storage solutions, using our Designer and PVSYST.
* Manage technical escalations with product managers and headquarters, including topics related to Storage products, certifications, and innovation.
* Conduct competitor and market analysis, including the preparation of Fight Guides.
* Deliver professional training and Technical Support for new products to sales teams and customers, including translation and clear technical explanations.
* Respond to tenders and RFQs by providing technical solutions, including the preparation of preliminary designs and technical reviews.
* Demonstrate full proficiency in our Designer and PVSYST for site and project simulations.

Requirements: * Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
* Proven experience in technical pre-sales, technical account management, or a similar role.
* Deep understanding of solar systems, energy Storage, and project design.
* Full proficiency in our Designer and PVSYST, with hands-on experience in PV and Storage simulations.
* Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and empathetically to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong innovative and creative thinking skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
* Ability to analyze competitive landscapes, understand regulatory requirements, and produce technical documentation.
* High level of English proficiency (written and spoken); Hebrew is an advantage.
* Professional attitude, strong self-learning capabilities, independence, and effective teamwork skills.
* Ability to initiate and manage internal escalations with product managers and headquarters.
* Experience in delivering technical training and facilitating knowledge transfer to sales teams and customers.
* Willingness to work in the field and travel frequently. Advantages:
