Description
We're building a new Engineering Platform team designed to accelerate every business and engineering function.
As a senior Platform Engineer, you will design and build cloud infrastructure, internal developer services, AI powered automations and more to make our teams faster, autonomous and more productive.
Responsibilities
Build and evolve platform services that improve developer experience (devEx), reliability and engineering productivity while being secured.
Develop AI-driven tools and automation: internal agents, workflow orchestrators, intelligent integrations and internal assistants based on AWS infrastructure.
Integrate platform components with .NET and Python services running on AWS.
Own core cloud infrastructure using automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
Deliver scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions across multiple domains.
Create self-service capabilities that allow product and engineering teams to move independently.
Partner with security, DBA, DevOps, product and business stakeholders to build cross-organizational solutions.
Establish reusable templates, engineering best practices, and inner-source contribution models.
Requirements: 6+ years software engineering (platform, tooling, automation a plus)
Strong Python; familiarity with .NET
Hands-on AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, IAM) + IaC
Experience with AI agents, LLM tools, or intelligent automation
Solid grasp of cloud-native architecture, CI/CD & observability
Experience with inner-source or shared code models
Strong communication & cross-team collaboration skills
Mindset of automation, scalability, reliability, and security
Advantages
Experience building internal developer platforms or dev-experience tooling.
Familiarity with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make.com, etc.).
Exposure to LLM/AI tooling (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen).
Open-source involvement around automation/tooling.
Experience integrating systems across business functions.
