* Manage and maintain IT infrastructure: servers, networks (LAN/WAN), wired and wireless communication, Storage, and backup systems.
* Administer Microsoft environments: Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365.
* Operate and maintain virtualization environments ( VMware ) and cloud-based solutions.
* Lead infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, including planning, implementation, and monitoring.
* Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols (Firewalls, Anti-Virus, Backup).
* Provide ongoing Technical Support to internal users and global subsidiaries.

Cybersecurity

Cloud & Service Management
Manage cloud environments (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud), ensuring security, cost optimization, and scalability.
Implement service-oriented IT processes (ITIL framework) to improve reliability and efficiency.
Oversee vendor and service provider relationships.
Helpdesk & Organizational Service Framework
Lead and develop the IT Helpdesk function, ensuring excellent user support and service quality.
Establish and manage an organizational service framework to define, monitor, and improve IT service levels (SLAs/OLAs).
Drive continuous improvement in IT support processes, knowledge base, and self-service tools.
Innovation & Technology Enablement
Identify, evaluate, and introduce emerging technologies to enhance IT operations, security, and user experience.
Promote automation, AI-driven tools, and modern collaboration platforms to streamline IT services.
Act as a technology champion, driving innovation across the orgnization.
Project Managemen

We are looking for a Site Technology Manager
The Site Technology Manager is responsible for leveraging the resources and capabilities of the Enterprise Technology (ET) organization to enable business success across sites and regions, while exemplifying the mission, values, and goals of the Enterprise Technology Office.
The Site Manager actively partners with our business units and fellow ET departments across their site and region of responsibility, emphasizing quality, continuous improvement, and timely response. Site Technology Managers, as members of the ET Infrastructure team, will also serve as the smart hands and feet on the ground at each site, assisting ET Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams with implementations, troubleshooting, and management of systems, applications, and services as needed.
Site Technology Managers, applying expert judgment, decide on a case-by-case basis whether to provide guidance on self-service tools, escalate issues, delegate to other support staff, or independently resolve them.
The Site Technology will ensure that the quality of technical site support for the site is of excellent quality, and will track issues, risks, and action items, as well as maintain relevant documentation for the site as needed.
This is a full time, exempt, on-site office-based role tied to the Haifa, Israel office, reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Site Technology Operations based in our Portsmouth, NH, USA location.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain the company’s AWS account, including configuration, monitoring, and optimization.
* Administer product firewalls: manage rules, review logs, and identify issues or anomalies.
* Perform launches and updates of company products
* Run profilers to analyze product performance (CPU, memory, processes).
* Configure machines and write simple automation scripts to streamline workflows.

Advantages:

* Experience with performance profiling or monitoring tools.
* Ability to write production-level code (e.g., in Java, Python, or similar).
* Familiarity with MySQL.
