About the role
As part of our internal AI & Innovation department, youll explore, design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions for P&C (HR) that enhance how we attract, develop, and support our people. Youll leverage our AI Gateway and low-code/no-code tools to automate and optimize HR workflowsspanning talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, engagement, and learning. Youll work closely with HR business partners, talent teams, and learning & development to move ideas from concept to production quickly, safely, and with measurable impact.
1) AI Solution Design & Development
Explore, build, test, and deploy AI agents/automations that enhance HR processes (e.g., candidate screening, onboarding journeys, employee feedback summaries, L&D recommendations).
Design scalable, reliable workflows that integrate with core people systems while maintaining security and data privacy.
Implement prompt patterns and eval harnesses to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.
2) Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with HRBPs (P&C), Talent Acquisition, L&D, and People Operations teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven impact.
Collaborate with Data, AI Platform, and Engineering teams to request new actions and define requirements.
Act as a trusted AI advisor within P&C, prioritizing use cases by value and feasibility.
3) Communication, Documentation & Enablement
Explain AI concepts and outcomes to non-technical HR stakeholders clearly and confidently.
Document prompts, action configurations, and workflows with business context and compliance in mind.
Support enablement, training, and change management to scale AI adoption within P&C.
4) Quality, Safety & Continuous Improvement
Apply hallucination mitigation strategies and ensure outputs comply with ethical and privacy standards.
Track adoption, accuracy, and ROI metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Stay current with the latest in GenAI for HRproactively introducing innovations that improve employee and candidate experiences.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a QA / Business application developer / Implementation Engineer/ Sales Engineer/ HR systems analyst / People analytics specialist in a global SaaS or technology company.
Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code automation tools and advanced prompt engineering
Background in designing and delivering AI-driven HR workflows, partnering closely with HR or People Ops teams - Big plus.
Familiarity with HR systems and data platforms (Workday, Bob, ATS, LMS, Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.) - Big plus.
Solid SQL for data analysis, process optimization, and reporting on HR metrics (not full-scale data engineering) - Plus.
Understanding of context engineering principles for AI solutions and methods to mitigate hallucinations (retrieval grounding, evaluation sets, structured prompts).
Entrepreneurial mindsetable to rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate solutions end-to-end based on business value.
