We are seeking a highly motivated,self-driven and technically skilled Technical Account Manager to join our Delivery team and take on ownership of core, customer-facing product features critical to delivering value and involving mulltiple touchpoints in the company. In parallel, you will be responsible for managing key relationships with several of our strategic US and EU customers. This role blends deep technical skills, direct customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration ideal for someone who thrives in high-impact, fast-paced environments.​

What Youll Do:
Gain a deep understanding of our customers working processes, business goals, key performance indicators, and work to achieve them.
Manage all aspects of our companys customer accounts, including pre-sale, support, delivery, and post-sale activities.
As part of the role you will take ownership of planning, executing, and monitoring complex internal projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with the Product, CSM, R&D and Ops departments to provide insights according to our customers needs.
Hands on analysis and dive into details to provide customer insights and improvement actions.

* Create, implement, and own a sales pipeline to manage customer lead intake, outbound activity, prioritization, and metrics for measurement of deal status.
* Meet or exceed sales goals each quarter.
* Continuously develop an extensive set of relationships at the C-level, VP, and Director-level across relevant companies and the advertising industry.
* Create and articulate compelling value propositions for GeoEdge’s services.

The position entails monitoring payments, credit card purchases, bank transactions, and other financial details. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in the field and is extremely motivated to go above and beyond to balance the books to perfection. Responsibilities
* Account payable management - Working with suppliers, receipt and recording of suppliers' invoices, New vendor creation (local and foreign), and account payables reconciliation.
* Processing payments to vendors within the ERP system and related Bank uploading.
* Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
* Serve as the focal point for all Supplier-related inquiries about payments, status of payments, and reconciliations by suppliers and in company departments.
* Maintains and balances accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling, and resolving discrepancies.
* Participate in monthly book closing procedures.
* Tackle various administrative duties.
* Daily assistance in the finance department, working closely with the Senior bookkeeper.
* Support the AR department in billing our customers.
* Support Ad Hoc projects.

Were looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Head Bookkeeper & Payroll to join our Finance team and help support our financial operations in our Tel Aviv office. This role is ideal for someone passionate about full-cycle bookkeeping in a global, fast-paced environment. Youll ensure accurate records, optimize financial processes, and help maintain compliance with local regulations.

In this role you'll:

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and reconciliations.

Prepare and record journal entries as well as maintain accounting schedules for month-end and year-end close (including accruals, payroll, depreciation, and prepaids).

Oversee statutory filings such as VAT, withholding tax, and social security.

Ensure the accuracy of financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet).

Support implementation and optimization of ERP systems and financial workflows.

Work closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure smooth audits and accurate reporting.

Identify opportunities for automation and improved reporting processes.

Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and analysis.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance department in a global, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures.

Prepare ongoing bank reconciliations.

Manage accounts receivable processes: order opening, invoicing, billing, collections, and aging analysis.

Handle VAT and other governmental reporting, including recording vat invoices and prepare balance reconciliations.

Prepare business cash flow analysis.

Provide analysis reports of subcontractors.

Document SOX samples.

Prepare semi-annual Odfot reports.

Prepare Commissions to 3rd party analysis.

Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable by creating new vendor accounts (both local and foreign) and reconciling account payables.
Process vendor invoices in a multi-currencies ERP system.
Facilitate vendor payments within the ERP system and handle related bank uploading.
Handle journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare ad-hoc financial reports through the TB, collection, analysis, and summarization of data.
Conduct intercompany reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Manage documentation for credit card use in the company.
Report directly to the Corporate Controller.
Manage the fix assets reports monthly.
