We are looking for an experienced Senior Missile control engineer to join our advanced defense-tech R&D team. The role involves leading the development, integration, and testing of missile control systems throughout the full system lifecycle, from algorithm design through simulation, hardware-in-the-loop testing, and flight trials.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, development, and analysis of missile control algorithms.
* Perform simulations, performance analysis, and robustness assessments.
* Identify technical risks and propose practical engineering solutions.
* Collaborate closely with systems engineering, software development, aerodynamics, mechanical design, and testing teams.
* Participate in and analyse field experiments.
* Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and safety requirements.
Requirements: * B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
* At least 7 years of experience in missile guidance and control engineering.
* Understanding of GNC modules and their interactions.
* Experience in 6DOF simulations and hardware-in-the-loop systems.
* Experience with dynamic modelling, simulation, stability analysis, and control system design.
* Experience with MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools, for control law development and Real-Time C / C ++ implementation.
* Experience in system integration.
* Ability to work independently and lead technical tasks from concept to completion. Preferred Qualifications
* M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Control Systems, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience with end-to-end missile system development programs.
* Experience supporting flight tests, TEST planning, and post- TEST data analysis.
* Prior experience leading technical teams or acting as a technical authority.
