Were looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer to join our leadership team and help shape the next phase of our global people strategy. Reporting to the CEO, youll sit at the executive table alongside other C-level leaders, helping steer business goals while building a high-impact HR function across every area from business partnering, employee experience, L&D, organizational development, talent acquisition, and total rewards.
This role requires someone who has led end-to-end HR in scaling environments and has built and managed global HR teams. Youll bring deep expertise in organizational strategy, culture development, and coaching, while playing a key role in evolving our people practices to support a distributed, growth-minded workforce.
Were looking for someone open to working onsite 23 days a week at our Petah Tikva office.
Responsibilities:
Leading a scaling global People organization as a critical driver of the business
Setting a Global HR strategy that drives our company goals and values that empower our people
As the most senior people leader in the organization, you will build the company vision, strategy, roadmap, and philosophy in partnership with senior leadership and management teams
Building strong connections and communication lines among employees and global offices
Shaping, nurturing, and championing open and collaborative culture by building a strong global People platform , both internally and externally
Creating a competitive employment brand for that attracts and retains the best talent
Driving to standardize globally on the most effective methods, policies, and procedures for managing talent, while setting a high bar for hiring, developing, and retaining the right talent at every level
Build, manage, and develop our powerhouse global People team
Introduce the most innovative People practices; find the match, create, or customize ones that uniquely fit .
Requirements: You must have 5+ years of Global HR Leadership experience, leading the People function of a technology/SaaS company, managing end-to-end HR (HRBP, Ops, TA & L&D)

You are strategic, innovative, and collaborative with a progressive and growth-minded approach
