On your day to day
Were looking for a Data Analyst thats proactive, curious, entrepreneurial, and has a strong opinion. You will use your analytical skills and business understanding to shed light on undiscovered issues and opportunities that can literally change the trajectory of our company.
What you will be doing
You will have the chance to work with multiple teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, etc.) doing the following:
Analyze customer and user behavior and inform the teams in order to influence strategy and trajectory.
Collaborate with the team, define KPIs and measure the impact of their teams on our company performance.
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to measure the impact of changes and refine strategies.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy, consistently validating and updating datasets while contributing to the improvement of our data infrastructure.
Play a key role in understanding our users and their needs.
Lead the development of innovative data products.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and user journey optimization.

Our team solves many challenges in turning raw data into accurate signals and extracting insights to improve the products. Appropriate candidates have an understanding of multiple components across the Big Data stack: large-scale data analysis, data quality, statistics, and visualization. Responsibilities:
* Function as the data authority in the Monetization domain - performing ad-hoc research and analysis on the company's rich data to support unique and strategic business questions.
* Define, analyze, and monitor KPIs and OKR metrics to continually improve company products.
* Analyze large, complex data sets to address strategic and operational business questions.
* Build dashboards and visualizations to answer key questions for the company's in-house various teams, specifically for the Monetization Team.
* Perform qualitative, quantitative, and statistical analysis.
* True passion for understanding data and finding Insights.
* Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from data to shape features and future product road maps.

As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst in a Data-Driven company, you will have a significant opportunity for impact and drive the company to new heights. You will influence decision making processes throughout the user journey, be a partner to different teams within the marketing & Top of funnel landscape, and drive strategic business decisions that shape the direction of the company.

Utilize advanced statistical methodologies to conduct in-depth analyses and tests.
Play a pivotal role in the Data Guild, contributing your unique insights and expertise.
Engage with various stakeholders, fostering a productive environment of data-driven decisions.
Be a key collaborator with diverse marketing teams, including Paid Marketing, Social Media, Content, Lifecycle, Partnerships and more.
Transmute raw data into actionable insights that fuel decision-making processes.
Deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders, translating data-driven suggestions into reality.
Act as the primary data authority for each initiative you engage in, ensuring data accuracy and relevancy.
Drive cross-functional initiatives, uniting data and business objectives to promote organizational success.
