We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis department as a foundational member of our in-house Data Analytics team. This critical role will specifically partner with our Revenue team, working with them to track and analyze the drivers of our variable profitability, ranging across: customer behavior trends, pricing strategy, product profitability, and more. To succeed in this role, you should be very comfortable coding in Big Query, visualizing with PowerBI, and most unique to this data analyst position enjoy applying these skills to finance-specific analyses.

What youll do: 
Lead end-to-end development of new BI solutions to enhance the Revenue teams reporting and analytical capabilities (e.g., writing complex, efficient Big Query SQL queries that feed Power BI dashboards).
Partner with business stakeholders to understand and address their reporting and analytical needs.
Help define and design new key metrics and segmentations to improve how we track the business.
Work closely with the Data department to identify and support implementation of data-related improvements across the organization.

What you will be doing
You will have the chance to work with multiple teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, etc.) doing the following:
Analyze customer and user behavior and inform the teams in order to influence strategy and trajectory.
Collaborate with the team, define KPIs and measure the impact of their teams on our company performance.
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to measure the impact of changes and refine strategies.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy, consistently validating and updating datasets while contributing to the improvement of our data infrastructure.
Play a key role in understanding our users and their needs.
Lead the development of innovative data products.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and user journey optimization.

Metric Monitoring & Insights: Track product performance metrics, identify trends, and raise alerts on significant changes. Perform periodic and ad-hoc analyses to recommend impactful solutions. Visualization & Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and daily summaries that present key SaaS metrics and actionable insights. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Management to support data-driven decision-making.
