Responsibilities:
Be part of the hiring process for various roles.
Understanding the necessary skills and requirements to effectively identify, recruit and hire the best engineering and technical talent
Global and local recruitment
Reviewing and screening CV's on a daily basis
Conducting in-depth phone interviews
Implementing and utilizing effective sourcing tools and advertising on social networks to attract highly qualified candidates.
Keep candidates up-to-date and informed throughout the hiring process
Working with the hiring managers in order to find the best-talented candidates.
Working with a recruitment system - Comeet
Requirements: At least 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter for Hi-tech companies.
Proven sourcing skills.
Experience working with Social Media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and more).
Bachelors degree.
Fluent in English- A must
Great interpersonal skills.
Strong team player, positive and can-do approach.
Able to follow up and get things done in a fast-moving and changing environment.
Independent and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
Creativity and quick learning ability
Good to have:
Prior experience in Global recruitment
Prior experience working in a startup company
