Were looking for a Director of People Operations to oversee two critical areas:
1) Lead our Manager Partnership global team
2) Be our local expert on all things People Ops including compensation, benefits, employment law, and advocate for our Tel Aviv team as we shape our global people strategy.
In this role youll
Lead our global team of Manager partners, in addition to owning our Manager Partnership strategy and roadmap supporting managers at scale through insights, dashboards, automation, and processes
Act as a manager partner to our companys senior executives
Oversee People Ops in Tel Aviv, localizing our global approach to compensation, benefits, learning & development, performance management, etc.
Represent and advocate for our Tel Aviv makers in company-wide decision making as it relates to our people
Collaborate closely with Directors in adjacent departments including Talent Acquisition, People Infrastructure, Learning & Development, and Operations.
Requirements: 10+ years experience in People Operations or Operations
Strong analytical chops - ability to see a story in the numbers
Expert-level knowledge in Israeli compensation, benefits, and employment law
Ability to model for the company how to deliver feedback directly with empathy
A track record of being an excellent people manager, with multiple references to prove it
Excellent communication & storytelling skills, written and verbal in English and Hebrew
Strong collaborative skills to achieve cross-department goals
Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
