we are looking for an experienced and technically adept Sales Executive to join our team in a role focused on overlay sales of subscription-based solutions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales managers to drive the transition of existing customers from perpetual licensing to subscription models and assist in landing new subscription-based clients. The role demands strong sales experience and deep product understanding.
You will:
Sell to new and existing public sector customers subscription-based solutions
Build and deliver compelling commercial messaging and models across our offerings
Work with customers to develop transition plans including identifying potential roadblocks early and recommending actionable solutions to ensure seamless adoption of new models
Support the acquisition of new subscription-based customers by leveraging your deep technical expertise and understanding of the defense, intelligence, and military sectors.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, finance, and customer success, to ensure a unified approach to achieving revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Proven track record in sales with at least +5 years of experience in sales of subscription-based models (for on-prem, VPC, SaaS, XaaS), ideally in a high-tech, B2B/B2G environment.
Extensive experience selling into defense, intelligence, and/or military sectors globally.
Deep understanding of subscription models, including for on-prem/VPC deployments and the ability to explain their benefits clearly to customers.
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through successful sales strategies and relationship building.
Excellent negotiation skills with a deep understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and customers, offering solutions and recommendations based on a deep understanding of customer needs.
