As the Site Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of our new site. You will be the go-to person for office coordination, vendor management, and onboarding support. Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the new site
Support HR with onboarding logistics, training coordination, and record-keeping
Ensure smooth daily office operations including supplies, maintenance, and facility access
Manage vendor relationships for site services (e.g., catering, cleaning, equipment)
Assist in the planning and execution of site events, visits, and internal communications
Liaise with corporate HQ departments (Finance, IT, HR) to align on processes
Handle confidential information
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in an administrative, office manager, or operations coordinator role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint )
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
Good English skills - Must.
