As a Salesforce project manager, the candidate will lead end-to-end custom Salesforce projects, ensuring successful deployment and configuration of eQMS solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies. The candidate will be working in collaboration with product, R&D, Support, and customer success teams and with the customers.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage custom Salesforce projects and tailored solutions for out-of-the-box implementations.
Translate business requirements into configuration specifications.
Utilize Salesforce configuration tools to implement customer requirements within the system.
Oversee the deployment of configurations and customizations across customer organizations.
Conduct and manage system performance testing and validation.
Requirements:
3 + years of experience in Salesforce platform application configuration or administration.
Proven expertise in managing customers facing Salesforce deployment projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Self-motivated learners with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
Relevant degree from a recognized university or college.
