We are looking for a results-driven and strategic CRM Acquisition Manager to lead the development and execution of high-impact CRM and email marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and engagement. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on campaign execution, data analysis, and team leadership. Strategy Development and Implementation
* Design and execute integrated high impact CRM strategies to boost acquisition, engagement, and retention across various brands, channels, and languages.
* Analyze market and competitor trends to refine CRM approaches.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure CRM initiatives align with overall business goals. 2. Campaign Management and Optimization
* Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization, tailored to segmented customer profiles.
* Guide and support the Acquisition Campaign Specialist to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
* Use A/B testing and performance data to continuously improve engagement metrics (open, click-through, and conversion rates). 3. Performance Analysis and Reporting
* Monitor campaign performance, extract insights, and identify optimization opportunities.
* Deliver regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
* Maintain data accuracy and consistency across all reporting tools and dashboards. 4. Customer Segmentation & Personalization
* Build and maintain robust segmentation strategies to ensure personalized, relevant communication.
* Oversee the creation of personalized content and templates tailored to key segments.
* Ensure all content meets brand and compliance standards. 5. Content and Calendar Management
* Own the CRM content calendar and briefing process, ensuring a steady pipeline of dynamic and compelling content.
* Approve campaign assets and manage cross-departmental content alignment and timelines. 6. Team Leadership & Development
* Lead and mentor the Acquisition Campaign Specialist, cultivating a growth-focused, high-performance culture.
* Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and set clear KPIs.
* Stay abreast of CRM trends, tools, and innovations, and drive adoption of best practices within the team.
Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. (a plus)
* 2+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital campaign management.
* Proven track record in developing and scaling CRM acquisition strategies.
* Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing tools.
* Data-savvy, with experience in reporting tools and A/B testing.
* Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
* Experience driving a team or direct report is preferred. -
