Required Financial Analyst, FinOps
What will you do:
The Finance FinOps Analyst to focus on financial management of our Cloud Operations, reporting to the FP&A Finance Manager Corporate. The Financial FinOps Analyst will work with a wide range of stakeholders to support cost accountability, analytics and awareness for our cloud operations. Key areas the role will support, include: financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting, analysis, reporting and KPIs:
Responsible for the Cloud costs Budget, Forecast and Actuals analysis, by budget owner and Cloud Provider
Define and develop unit of economic analysis and dashboards
Monitor cloud usage and spend data at the account level to identify and investigate anomalies and spot cost-saving opportunities
Work with various stakeholders to help them optimize their Cloud spend
Collaborate with Cloud operations and technology teams to help develop and implement strategies to optimize cloud costs across Cloud providers
Recommend changes to cloud service usage, pricing models, and purchasing options
Develop policies and procedures to ensure cloud optimization strategy is executed to a high standard
Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and track cloud costs
Creating reports and dashboards to track and communicate cloud cost optimization efforts to stakeholders.

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Expert to join the finance team.
In this role you will work cross functionally with various stakeholders to provide analysis of current and past trends along with financial modeling and long-term forecasting. Support cross functional monthly global Forecasting process
Produce and enhance monthly and quarterly analysis reports, including key metrics, financial results.
Help drive change within the organization to increase business awareness of the critical role financial analysis plays in decision making
Lead Annual Planning process
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators
Evolve KPIs and analysis to reflect growth and expansion of business
Business Partner of the Corporate units
Lead quarter close process
Work closely with the Investor Relations team around earnings, guidance and analytics
Support continuous improvement efforts within the finance organization to streamline process and improve communication and flow of information to the business.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced FinOps & Customer Success Manager to join our team.
As a FinOps & CSM, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, developing and implementing FinOps best practices, improving customer experience, and minimizing churn. You will also be responsible for onboarding and training clients, providing insights on client-to-business interactions, and handling customer complaints and requests.
The successful candidate must possess an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong aptitude for learning and using new technologies. Additionally, you should be able to provide valuable insights into customer behavior, contribute to clients' business goals, and develop effective strategies to drive customer success.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement FinOps and customer success programs for Public Cloud customers, aligning with our methodology and best practices
Serve as a focal point for our cloud customers throughout their lifecycle, overseeing onboarding, training, and growth initiatives. Focus on cost optimization, governance, and best practices
Stay current on FinOps tools and trends in the cloud industry, keeping abreast of policy changes from various cloud vendors
Lead FinOps processes with cloud customers, concentrating on cost optimization, governance, and best practices
Analyze and extract insights from extensive cloud billing and usage datasets using Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Monitor data patterns to identify anomalies and unplanned spikes, contributing valuable input for strategic and operational decision-making.

Required Chargeback Team Lead
As the Chargeback Team Lead, you will play a major role in managing and optimizing our chargeback processes. Youll lead a team responsible for handling chargeback management, analysing trends, and providing insightful reports. Your expertise will contribute to minimizing financial losses, improving operational flow, and optimizing the Payments operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Chargeback Management:
Develop and implement strategies to reduce chargeback rates and recover revenue.
Oversee the end-to-end chargeback process, including dispute resolution, documentation, and communication with chargeback vendors and payment service providers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Fraud Prevention, Customer Support, and Finance and Technical Support to address chargeback-related issues.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyse chargeback trends, identify patterns, and recommend proactive measures.
Create regular reports on chargeback metrics, including win/loss rates, reasons for chargebacks, and financial impact.
Present findings to senior management and propose actionable insights.
3. Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate existing chargeback processes and identify areas for enhancement.
Work closely with development teams to improve chargeback automation and streamline workflows.
Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes related to chargebacks.
4. Relationship Management:
Collaborate with external partners to resolve complex chargeback cases.
Maintain strong relationships with payment processors and other relevant stakeholders.
