We are looking for a Controller to join our team, responsible for revenue recognition, monthly and quarterly closing, and financial reports of a global company with subsidiaries worldwide.

The controller will be accountable for revenue-impacting and related areas within the finance organization, including revenue recognition, revenue forecasting, and enhancing and monitoring operational and accounting-based controls.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze new deals (ASC 606) and monitor existing ones
Responsibility for applying US GAAP for different, complex agreements including multiple-element transactions
Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
Support in preparation and review of financial statements and other reports in compliance with US GAAP, specifically ASC 606
Involvement in the enforcement of company policies, procedures, and SOX
Identifying business risks
Take a significant part in various process improvements (including information systems implementation)

We are looking for a Revenue Analyst to join our team, which is responsible for revenue recognition, monthly and quarterly closing, and financial reports of a global company with subsidiaries worldwide.

The Revenue Analyst will be accountable for revenue-impacting and related areas within the finance organization, including revenue recognition and revenue forecasting, enhancing and monitoring operational and accounting-based controls.

Responsibilities:

* Managing the company’s daily operational cash flow according to the activity requirements.
* Build Cash flow forecasting methodology and execution.
* Preparing and reviewing the cash balance report on a weekly basis
* Follow-up on global collection
* Assisting with the global bank account openings, services maintenance, and related documentation (including KYC requirements) and signature authority as needed
* Managing the global credit insurance policy
* Issuing and managing the company’s credit cards
* Assisting with global insurance portfolio
* Analyzing and managing banking fees/support internal improvements to lower fees with banks
* Continually finding ways to improve and automate the reporting process.
* Managing additional projects as needed

The analyst will be responsible for reconciling with our partners, monitoring, and calculating standard pricing.
This role will encompass end-to-end cost control, supporting the process, including calculation, to ensure costs are calculated correctly. Know in depth the contract with the partners in Israel.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare, monitor, and support all systems related to Costing performance, monitoring the profitability of all products monthly.
* Monitor the inventory cycle and supply chain.
* Calculate and manage partners and customers reconciliation.
* Support business decisions by providing ad hoc Costing analytics and assessments for potential Costing scenarios.
