Your Responsibilities: End-to-End responsibility for the company's R&D vision, performance, and deliverables Managing the entire engineering group lead multiple teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment to support the evolving business Engage in the process of building the company's roadmap, as a member of the company's leadership team Develop high-performance, fault-tolerant, scalable distributed software systems. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through our product development, design, and deployment Manage the groups metrics and OKRs based on R&D and company goals. Mentor, coach and retain key talents through effective mentorship, coaching and succession planning Managing multiple, development projects from conception to completion, and ensuring quality outcomes Working along with the Sales & Marketing team. What You'll Do:
Manage and inspire multiple full-stack R&D teams across various product domains, including teams located in remote locations. Foster collaboration and ensure seamless execution across all teams.
Take full responsibility for your product area's delivery, technical domain, architecture, integrations, technical governance, methodologies, and best practices.
Support your team of managers and engineers through regular feedback, coaching, mentoring, and by promoting learning and development opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with R&D leadership, product teams, and other business units to define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
Collaborate effectively with sales, customer success, support, and other departments to ensure successful product development and implementation.
Stay current with the product's technology and maintain your technical skills through individual development contributions.
