The Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst will be part of the Total Reward team and will participate in managing cross company projects and plans around compensation, benefits and payroll aspects as well as for processes related to HR budgets and HC planning and monitoring.
The Global Compensation & Benefits Analys will support 20 markets around the world (~1,500 employees) excluding Israel, which is being managed by IL Total rewards Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Compensation Participate in various compensation projects
Job Catalog and job leveling responsible for global job evaluation and leveling
Global Benefits participate in benefits projects such as review and design local benefits policies and plans in our markets.

Confident working with a range of internal stakeholders from all functions and levels of seniority
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

תפקידו המרכזי הינו לשלוט בכל המלאי שנמצא במחלקת קו קידמי בכל רגע נתון, תוך כדי שמירה על מלאי לוגי מול מלאי פיזי שווה.
משימות:
אחריות על חומר גלם שמגיע למחלקה (ספירה/פסילה).
מעקב אחרי תוכניות עבודה במחלקה: ניהול פקעות (פתיחה/סגירה/איזון).
לתכנן SET UP בהתאם לתוכניות העבודה (משמרות לילה כנדרש).
לקדם מנות בקו ולשחרר צווארי בקבוק תוך מתן עדיפויות ברורות בהתאם לתוכנית עבודה למנהלי המשמרות ולראשי צוותים.
לבצע מעקב אחר ביצועי המכונות בהתאם למשמרות, ובהתאם לכמויות ייצור נדרשות ודיווחי תפוקות.
לבצע ניתוחי קו כדי לאבחן בעיות איכות במכונות ולהציגם לאחמ"ש ולמנהלת המחלקה.
לעבוד עם ממשקים שונים: תפ"י, מחלקת קו אחורי, מחסנים, IT, הנדסה, איכות ואחזקה.
לקיים ספירות מתגלגלות של המלאי במחלקה ולהוביל ספירות מלאי שנתיות.
להוביל מבדקים במחלקה ולמלא את כל החוסרים והפערים הקיימים.
