We are looking for an enthusiastic, qualified controller to contribute to keeping the group's accounting and financial processes up to standard and ensuring accurate financial reporting and control. Responsibilities: Participate in month-end close and prepare consolidated financial reports (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow) for management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual results and reporting packages for PepsiCo. Act as an accounting and financial reporting expert, guiding HQ departments and subsidiaries to ensure excellence. Analyze and monitor the performance of the company and its subsidiaries. Maintain complianc e with US GAAP and company policies, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Ensure robust controls over financial reporting processes. Collaborate with external auditors on audits, accounting, and economic matters. Work closely with PepsiCo’s Control, Tax, and Treasury functions. Led accounting and reporting projects, assessing impacts of business initiatives on processes and systems.

Location: Kfar Saba (hybrid model)
Responsibilities:
Lead the consolidated periodic financial statement close process (monthly, quarterly, and annually) in accordance with US GAAP.
Support month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting process including account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
Analyze company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets
Manage independently financial projects and process, including implementation of new systems and development of new reports in the BI system
Assist with development and documentation of companys business processes and financial policies
Assist the accounting department with professional issues.
Work closely with the global bookkeeping teams and global controllers.
Responsible for periodical reporting to the OCS/IIA Preparation of annual tax returns and statutory reports
Research technical accounting issues for compliance
Work closely with auditors on annual audit Ad-Hoc financial projects.
