Key Responsibilities
?? Sales & Business Development
Drive revenue growth across Latin American markets through direct sales and distributor channels.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distribution partners.
Set and track KPIs for sales performance across the region.
Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, budgets, and market intelligence reports.
?? Marketing Collaboration
Collaborate with the global marketing team to localize campaigns, tools, and product launches.
Contribute to trade show planning and regional event coordination.
Analyze competitor activity and regional trends to refine positioning and messaging.
Develop and manage targeted promotional programs with distributors.
?? Regulatory & Compliance Awareness
Maintain a working knowledge of LATAM regulatory requirements (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS).
Coordinate with internal regulatory teams to support product registration
Requirements: ?? Experience
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the medical device, dental, or pharmaceutical sectors.
Proven success in managing sales pipelines and growing distributor networks in LATAM.
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and regulatory departments.
?? Regional Knowledge
Fluent in Spanish and English (required); Portuguese highly desirable.
Deep understanding of LATAM business culture, healthcare systems, and regulatory environments.
?? Education
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
