Product Marketing Field Application Engineer (FAE)

Summary of Position:
* Responsible for providing technical support to customers while supporting the companys Sales force.

Job Description:

* Develop product specifications and applications usable by specific customers

* Provide, present and interpret design, application and service information

* Deliver technical assistance for standard and custom products on customer projects, which may vary from inception to completion of development.

* Work with different product groups as needed to provide timely answers to customer questions and resolve technical issues

* Work with Sales channels and distribution partners to answer technical questions

* Work with customer engineering teams on product designs and approvals, providing customers with the best product options based on the technical parameters and application

* Explore the business feasibility of general marketing

Other responsibilities include:

* Prepare presentations to present at customer visits

* Research, analyze and compile data

* Keep the organization current on developments in the industry

* Work effectively with Sales and the Division
