We are hiring Financial Reporting Director who will oversee the financial consolidation process for the Groups entities and issue the Groups reports. This includes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards and attention to manage complex consolidation processes in a multi-currency, multi-national environment.

Responsibilities
Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual financial consolidation and reporting process for the Group.
Prepare consolidated financial statements (IFRS) and other financial reports and work-papers required under statutory reporting of the Group, including intercompany eliminations.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure the integrity of financials systems and data supporting internal and external financial reporting.
Work closely with other functions within Finance to provide guidance and support in required financial systems, policies, procedures and internal controls, towards streamlining and optimizing the Groups financial reporting.
Work closely with external auditors and other external functions to meet reporting timelines successfully.
Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
Prepare management reports and presentations.
Reporting to VP Finance and member of the VP Finance team.

We are seeking an iLottery Product Manager to own the creation, evolution, and performance of digital lottery games. This role focuses on delivering engaging, compliant, and commercially successful iLottery game experiences, working closely with game studios, engineering, compliance, and commercial teams.

What You'll do:

Be responsible for the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for iLottery game products.

Define game requirements and player experiences from concept to launch.

Partner with game development, develop, and platform teams to deliver high-quality games.

Use data and player insights to optimize engagement, retention, and revenue.

Ensure all games meet regulatory, responsible gaming, and jurisdictional requirements.

Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams on game launches and lifecycle performance.

What You'll Do:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records for multiple entities.
Record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and credit card accounts.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management and regulatory purposes.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers, including auditors and tax advisors.
Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems and processes.

We are seeking an Engineering Manager for Cloud Security Product Group.

We're extending our mission of "stopping breaches" into the public cloud and cloud-native workloads. Our product offering will give customers the ability to monitor and track their cloud-native workloads as well as hardening and protecting them against attacks prior to deployment.

This offering will help with defending against potential adversary activities involving cloud-native resources. When coupled with Falcon, our endpoint security offering, our CSPG offering will provide a more comprehensive perspective on how the adversary is targeting key customer infrastructure. Our ultimate goal is to provide a single platform for securing the entire lifecycle of cloud workloads and cloud security posture.

This role is hybrid, on-site at TLV office. Candidates should be comfortable visiting the office at least 3 times a week.


What You'll Do:

Lead, mentor and grow a team of backend engineers, driving product vision and roadmap while remaining hands-on with code and architecture.

Lead backend engineering efforts from rapid prototypes to large-scale applications across our products.
