We are looking for an experienced Legal Operations Specialist to join our global Legal team. This role will focus on managing and scaling the day-to-day operations of the Legal department while supporting strategic and cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
This role serves as the operational backbone of the Legal department, driving scalable processes, optimizing workflows, and supporting cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced global environment. The position focuses on enhancing legal operations through process improvements, automation, tool implementation, and the adoption of AI-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, tech-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to independently lead, optimize, and scale processes end-to-end. This role requires a combination of hands-on execution and strategic thinking, alongside strong collaboration skills and the ability to build effective partnerships across Legal, Information Systems, Procurement, Sales Operations, Security, IT, and other business functions.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the day-to-day operations of the Legal department to support operational growth and scalability in a fast-paced global environment
Proactively identify and drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and AI adoption within the Legal department
Partner closely with IS, IT, Security, Procurement, Sales Operations, Finance, and other teams to improve collaboration, systems integration and cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and scalability
Support implementation and reporting of Legal KPIs, metrics, and operational insights to support decision-making and planning
Manage, implement and optimize Legal systems, tools, and operational platforms.
Requirements: 4+ years of experience in operational roles (experience supporting Legal departments of global tech companies, a significant advantage)
Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
Proven ability to proactively and independently lead and drive processes end-to-end
Strong operational mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills
Proven ability to identify operational gaps and drive process improvements proactively
Experience working with KPIs, reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics
Strong analytical and technological capabilities, including hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, process optimization technologies, and leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency and scalability
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance hands-on execution and long-term improvements
High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive collaboration across teams with competing priorities.
