This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with a strong focus on execution, delivery, and coordination of global OD and talent processes.
In this role, you will
Work closely with HR and business stakeholders across regions to support the implementation and delivery of global OD (organizational development) and talent processes, ensuring consistency, quality and execution across the organization.
You will own the day-to-day execution of key people processes and development initiatives, and partner closely with Orbia on global talent and mentoring programs.
What will you do?
Execute and coordinate global annual people processes (performance management, feedback cycles, talent reviews), ensuring effective delivery and continuous improvement
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate needs into practical OD and leadership solutions, supporting implementation end-to-end
Drive rollout and adoption of global OD processes and tools across regions, with a strong operational and coordination focus, ensuring alignment with business needs
Support the design, coordination and delivery of talent and leadership development programs and upskilling initiatives
Support and coordinate global talent and mentoring initiatives (with Orbia), ensuring effectiveness and alignment
Use HR systems, data and surveys to analyze trends, measure effectiveness and inform decisions
Manage vendors and budgets to support program delivery
This is a highly hands-on role, with significant involvement in coordination, follow-up, content preparation and operational execution.
Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in a global company
Hands-on delivery and execution of OD processes, detail-oriented, with a "make it happen mindset
Strong execution capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
Experience with HR/OD systems (LMS, survey platforms, etc.) - SAP is an advantage
High level of English - spoken, written and reading. Spanish is an advantage
