Required Director, Global HR Operations

The Director, Global HR Operations is a strategic leadership powerhouse, responsible for the architecture and execution of our end-to-end global HR operating model. This isnt just about "process" - its about building a modern, AI-driven HR ecosystem that supports a high-performance culture.
As a key partner to HR, Finance, Legal, and IT, you will sit at the center of the organization, driving the speed, quality, and scalability required for global hypergrowth. You will lead a global team to ensure that from the moment a candidate is hired to the day they retire, their experience is seamless, data-driven, and world-class.
How will you make an impact?
1. Strategic HR Service Delivery & Governance
Own the Model: Define and lead the global HR service delivery strategy, including shared services, case management, and service catalogues with clear SLAs
Scale for Growth: Lead global "hire-to-retire" process design, focusing on simplification, standardization, and automation to reduce operational costs and manual work
AI Transformation: Act as a pioneer in embedding Gen-AI tools into HR workflows to enhance employee self-service and day-to-day query resolution
2. Operational Excellence & Lifecycle Management
The Employee Journey: Oversee the flawless execution of pre-boarding, onboarding, internal mobility, relocations, and offboarding
Knowledge Management: Ensure global documentation and maintenance of HR handbooks and processes, balancing global consistency with necessary local flexibility
Collaboration with Payroll: Collaborate with Payroll teams on Payroll Operations and Vendor Governance ensuring accuracy effective oversight, and proactive issue prevention
3. HR Systems, Data, and Actionable Analytics
Data Integrity: Partner with HRIS and IT to own the HR systems roadmap, ensuring impeccable real-time data quality, security, and reporting capabilities
Insights over Information: Move "beyond the numbers" to build visual dashboards and generate metrics that provide the business with actionable insights for data-driven decision-making
4. Leadership & High-Impact Interfaces
Team Leadership: Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing global HR Operations organization across multiple regions
Stakeholder Influence: Partner closely with COEs (Comp & Benefits, Talent Acquisition) and HRBPs to align operational execution with business priorities
Risk & Compliance: Serve as the guardian of HR operational controls, ensuring audit readiness and compliance across all geographies.
Requirements: Experience: 10+ years of HR experience, with significant leadership roles in HR Operations, PMO, or Shared Services within a global, fast-paced organization, including proven experience in managing multi-regional teams
Strategic Execution: A proven track record of designing scalable HR operating models and leading organizational transformation while remaining "hands-on" enough to drill down into the details
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in HR ERPs (Workday/SAP/SuccessFactors) and BI tools. A passion for AI and automation in HR is a major plus
Data Driven: High proficiency in Excel and data analysis; ability to translate complex data into a clear narrative for senior leadership
Multi-tasking Mastery: Ability to manage high-stakes projects with speed and precision
Maturity & Discretion: High level of professional maturity and the ability to handle sensitive executive-level data
Proactive Mindset: A self-driven learner who identifies bottlenecks before they become issues and proposes innovative solutions.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Industrial Engineering, or Finance
Communication: Native-level fluency in English with the ability to build strong, influential relationships across Finance, Legal, IT, and Business units.
