Organization is seeking a creative, organized, and community-minded Marketing
and Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role is a unique blend of digital
engagement, platform management, and implementing a high-level growth strategy.
We are looking for someone to take on the communication with our audiences and support our sales efforts. The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is someone who understands not-for-profit agencies, educational institutions, cultural initiatives, and the language of Jewish communal life, and can translate our passion for nurturing a community based in creativity, connection, and intellectual and spiritual growth in Jerusalem and around the world through a welcoming, modern, vibrant digital presence.
Requirements: Requirements:
? Native-level fluency in English: *A MUST*
? Proficiency in Hebrew: Capacity to engage comfortably with staff and clientele in Hebrew.
? Jewish Communal Fluency: Experience and understanding of the Jewish communal world,
understanding the intricacies Reform, Conservative/Masorti and Orthodox values,
institutions, and culture.
? Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with email marketing software, fluency in social media, and an
interest in Marketing Automation /CRMs.
Experience: 1-2 years in marketing, communications, or a relevant communal role
(internship experience included).
