Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee and manage multiple high-budget projects within the air defense sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, proven project management experience, and the ability to handle complex, multi-project environments. This role involves managing projects at various stages of their life cycles, ensuring all aspects of the projects—business, administrative, financial, and technical—are successfully delivered. The position requires frequent travel to customers and suppliers within Israel, with no hybrid work options available.
Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple high-budget security projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
* Oversee projects at different life cycle stages, from initiation to closure.
* Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
* Ensure all aspects of project management are addressed, including business, administrative, financial, and technical requirements.
* Negotiate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and achieve project goals.
* Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
* Maintain excellent human relations and ensure high levels of service orientation and productivity.
* Foster a creative and solution-oriented environment to address project challenges.

Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. A PMO certification is an advantage.
* Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in a multi-project environment.
* Experience working in stressful environments with multiple competing priorities.
* Familiarity with project management software and tools.
* Proven experience in negotiations and conflict resolution.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* High level of service orientation and commitment to delivering results.

* Possession of a valid Level 3 Security Clearance is beneficial.
