We are looking for an ambitious, passionate, and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be hands-on in recruiting top talent for a variety of positions across our global operations. You will play a critical role in driving recruitment strategies and processes, working closely with hiring managers to ensure we attract the best talent to meet our business needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective global sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Conduct sourcing using advanced tools and AI-driven techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Use data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and optimize processes.
Promote employer branding through networking events, social media, and other digital platforms.
Requirements: 5+ years of technical recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry
Strong understanding of global recruitment practices and challenges
High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken - a must
Exceptional sourcing skills with experience using AI and other advanced tools
Data-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret recruitment data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
