We are looking for a Program Manager - Global Supply.
As a Supply Program Manager, you'll be responsible for directly and fully supporting and engaging in the work and projects of the global supply team whose mission is to maximize publisher yield and ensure overall satisfaction of our supply side offering.
Your primary focus will entail driving the scheduling, scoping and execution of projects for the teams you support, working directly with the Commerical, Finance, Product and Sales Enablement Teams, in order to ensure timely delivery against the roadmap. Youll work closely across functional teams and across geo-locations in Israel, Europe, and the United States to collaborate and ensure dependencies are well known, critical issues are identified and driven to resolution.
What will you do?
Partnering and direct facilitation with teams at all levels; from in the weeds to high level strategic goals.
Creating and driving the project schedule, working with management task assignments, and managing schedule progress; from large phases through to detailed tasks, including understanding and managing dependencies within and across multiple groups.
Collaborating with staff and management of multiple worldwide business units to clearly identify, explain, and communicate their project involvement, project goals, expectations, and tasks.
Proactively tracks the status of project activities and ensures that schedules and priorities are being met.
Proactively manages daily/weekly project communication and status reporting.
Flexibly working across timezones to help coordinate and follow up on work.

The Planning Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing schedules, resources, and workflows to ensure seamless project execution. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Leverage the Priority ERP system to manage planning data, optimize stock settings, and support operational workflows.
Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple storage locations to ensure optimal stock availability and turnover.
Analyze inventory consumption trends and propose stock adjustments, safety stock levels, and replenishment strategies.
Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory data and improve physical-to-system alignment.
Collaborate with internal teams to align planning processes with company objectives.
Analyze data to optimize workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve efficiency.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of milestones and key objectives.
Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Utilize planning tools and software to track progress and report insights.
Support budgeting and forecasting efforts related to project planning.

we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Procurement & Inventory Manager to join our IT team. This is a full-time position based in our Jerusalem office, working 5 days a week.
In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the purchasing and inventory processes for all IT-related equipment and software. You'll work closely with vendors, the finance team, and internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations, accurate inventory tracking, and timely delivery of equipment. You will also manage a team responsible for handling day-to-day inventory and logistics tasks.
What you will be doing
Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware and select software, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and budget alignment.
Oversee inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and stock level control.
Collaborate with Finance on purchase orders and invoice processing via financial systems and workflows.
Receive and verify deliveries, update inventory systems, and ensure timely payment processing.
Work with Operations to ensure the timely setup and fulfillment of employee equipment requests.
Analyze inventory trends, propose cost-saving logistics strategies, and report key management insights.
